Fantastic Dutch child's bike seat and windscreen that fits to the front of an adult bike (mounting block included).
The Mini is for children from about nine to twelve months up to around 3 years (9 to 15kg).
The seat attaches to the frame of the bike below the handlebars.

Please note the seat pad is missing but all accessories can be purchased online. There are also some small scratches to the windscreen but this does not affect use of the seat in any way.
